Heller FTV3L vertical turret milling machine
The Heller FTV3L vertical turret milling machine is designed for machining operations that require accuracy and capacity on longer workpieces. Its 1670x320 mm worktable and load capacity of up to 350 kg allow large components to be handled. The travels of 1100 mm on the X axis, 410 mm on the Y axis and 458 mm on the Z axis give wide versatility in operations. The head, with ISO40 taper and a speed range of 52 to 4200 rpm, adapts to a variety of cutting needs. Equipped with a FAGOR digital readout on all three axes, power feeds on X and Y, motorised Z axis, hardened guideways, automatic lubrication, a coolant system and a work lamp, the FTV3L complies with CE standards, making it a dependable choice for vertical milling in sectors such as aerospace, mould and die making, and industrial maintenance.
