Heller RCE cylindrical grinder

The cylindrical grinder, also called a cylinder grinder, works on workpieces of revolution such as shafts, pins or bushes with very tight tolerances. The Heller RCE series grinds lengths from 500 to 3000 mm and diameters from 8 to 320 mm.

Cylindrical grinder models

• RCE 500 and RCE800: grinding diameter from 8 to 200 mm.
• RCE1000, RCE 1500, RCE 2000 and RCE3000: grinding diameter from 8 to 320 mm, with lengths from 1000 to 3000 mm.
• Follow RCE 500x3000 CNC: Fagor 8055 control, diameter from 25 to 500 mm and 3000 mm between centres.

Standard equipment

Fagor two-axis digital readout (DRO), three-jaw chuck, internal grinding attachment, balancing arbor and stand, open fixed steady rest, closed fixed steady rest and travelling steady rest, front and rear guards, coolant equipment and CE certificate.
