Heller FTV2 vertical turret milling machine
The HELLER FTV2 Vertical Turret Milling Machine is a machine tool ideal for machine shops. The FTV2 milling head has a power of 2.2 kW and a maximum milling speed of 4,000 rpm. The worktable can travel on the X axis up to a maximum distance of 1,000 mm and on the Y axis up to a maximum distance of 500 mm, with a maximum load capacity of 300 kg. The maximum milling tool size is 16 mm in diameter, and the positioning accuracy is ±0.005 mm on the X axis and ±0.003 mm on the Y axis.
It also has an integrated coolant system to extend the life of the milling tools, and an overload protection system and centralised lubrication that make preventive maintenance easier. The FTV2 is a high-quality, durable milling machine that can adapt to different production needs in machine shops and prototyping workshops.
