Hydraulic press brake for sheet metal

A hydraulic press brake bends sheet metal accurately thanks to the force of its cylinders. Heller PCB series press brakes range from 63 to 250 tonnes of force and from 2000 to 4000 mm of bending length, for boilermaking, metal fabrication and series production of parts.

What each Heller industrial press brake includes

• Rexroth hydraulics and Promecam tool clamping.
• E21S numerical control, which stores 40 programs of 25 bending steps.
• Backgauge with guide and ball screws, for faster, more accurate bending.
• Segmented punch along the full length of the machine and multi-V die.
• Photocell light curtains, side doors with safety switches and monitored Rexroth/Atos valves.
• European electrical components and CE certification.

Sheet metal press brake models

PCB63x2000 and PCB63x3200 (63 t), PCB80x3200 (80 t), PCB125x3200 (125 t), PCB160x3200 (160 t), PCB200x3200 and PCB200x4000 (200 t) and PCB250x4000 (250 t). The throat depth, from 250 to 400 mm depending on the model, makes it possible to work on sheets longer than the machine itself.
