Heller FCM2000 motorised ram milling machine
The FCM2000 milling machine offers a 500x2000 mm working surface and travels of 1400 mm in X, 700 mm in Y and 500 mm in Z. Its ISO50 universal head has 27 speeds (30–2050 rpm) and an 11 kW motor. Feeds are controlled by a variable-speed drive, with rapid traverse of up to 2200 mm/min in X and Y, and 1100 mm/min in Z. It includes a FAGOR digital readout, 2 arbor supports, a coolant tray, hardened guideways and CE certification.
