Heller TS1600x1500 ball-turning lathe

The Heller TS1600X1500 ball-turning lathe is a precision machine designed for turning large spheres, especially suited to manufacturing spherical components in sectors such as automotive, hydraulics and heavy engineering.

With a maximum swing over bed of 1600 mm and a distance between centres of 1500 mm, this lathe can handle bulky workpieces with high stability. Its powerful 22/30 kW main motor drives the spindle with a 12 mm pitch, allowing smooth starting and efficient power transmission. Equipped with 21 spindle speed ranges, it offers a wide choice of options to suit different machining needs.
